Description:

The project is to provide a central facility for the complete running and maintenance of the vehicle and equipment fleet for the collection and disposal of garbage in Doha. A fleet of Trucks, Lorries and all other equipment and passenger vehicles, including busses are to be parked in the premises. Provision for Washing, Cleaning and Mechanical Maintenance of vehicles and Equipment is a major technical facility provided in the complex. Fuel storage and filling is a specialized item in the works.
 The Development also provided residential accommodation and related civic amenities to all the staff ,from the junior to the trop. It included bachelor as well as married type accommodation.
 The Development is locatedi n a plot exceeding 90,000 sq.m.
