The projects are to provide primary healthcare facilities, offering Primary Care Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services, to the public ,of a catchment population of 35,000.
 Each center provides 20 specifically identified services, including 13 clinics, from General Medicine to Cardiology and Mental Health, with other services, covering Health Education as well.

 Description : The projects comprised of the design, construction, completion and maintenance of all services and external works.
 Nature of Involvement

 Main Consultants : Complete design of all services (i.e. Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Mech, HVAC and PH).
 Sub-Consultants : David Adamson and Partners � Quantity Surveyors
 Value of Contract : QR 40 million, each center
